**Responsibilities**

- Working with the Sales Team to identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives.
- Develop and implement marketing studies to determine market sizes, customer profiles, and develop strategies to reach customers.
- Create, maintain, and conduct digital marketing programs to broaden the company reach and increase overall lead generation.
- Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing strategies and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure.
- Lead the execution of digital marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Manage and execute all work related to Trade Shows, including research, scheduling, and bookings.
- Support the Sales Team through attending sales team meetings and events as well as documenting business processes and providing sales support.
- Demonstrate the accountabilities under Vidir’s Risk Management System and Continuous Improvement Programs and lead by example.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Personable and ability to manage people.
- Demonstrated experience in the field of marketing, public relations, and sales.
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
- Exposure to digital and direct response marketing with a proficiency in online marketing and social media strategies.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking with a high attention to detail.
- Ability to travel as necessary.
