We are currently hiring for a **full time Accounting Clerk**. This position will support both our dealerships and work out of our **Thornhill** location.

**What you Will Do**:

- Post vehicle sales transactions
- Process inventory purchases
- Review payable expenses, obtain authorization, and prepare cheque for payment.
- Support with the collection of accounts receivable
- Administer various accounting tasks, including gas chits, daily cash receipts, handling vendor inquiries, dealer plates, and onsite file organization.
- Assist with other accounting, admin tasks, and special projects as required

**What You Bring**:

- High proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organization skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
- A team oriented approach to your work
- Positive attitude and an energy to get things done
- Previous accounting experience would be considered an asset
