We are in search of an experienced Corporate Trainer to help our employees develop their skills and knowledge. Your goal as the Corporate Trainer will be to facilitate informative training sessions, promote company efficiency, and improve the skills of all personnel. This role will be based out of our St. George, NB office.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with management to identify company training requirements
- Schedule appropriate training sessions.
- Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions, and lectures.
- Plan, maintain and implement an effective training curriculum.
- Prepare training materials such as handbooks, manuals, videos, and presentations.
- Facilitate corporate training and guide new employees.
- Monitor training compliance and maintain training records

**Required Skills and Abilities**:

- Bachelor’s degree in adult education or equivalent in related field
- A minimum of 7-10 years of proven experience in a teaching position.
- Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make an impact through influencing skills
- Strong technical skills and experience with learning and facilitations software
- Strong experience with Microsoft office software and delivering training with Microsoft Teams or another online meeting platform.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
