**SCOTLAND AGROMART LTD. **is a leading full service agricultural crop input supplier, covering a diverse range of field and horticultural crops in Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk counties. We are currently seeking an **Accounts Payable Clerk/Receptionist** to join our team.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Receptionist/Customer service - receive customer orders at the counter and over the phone, enter customer orders into system, assist customers with home and garden orders, provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting team
- Accounts payables - match, prepare and verify supplier invoices, enter invoices into accounting system, reconcile/maintain supplier accounts and follow up with invoice discrepancies, prepare supplier payments, file and maintain the AP filing system, Inventory management - process inventory receipts, assist with year-end inventory count and data entry, Other clerical tasks as assigned

**Job Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)**:

- 2+ years work experience in **administration, **accounts payables experience an asset, experience in agriculture an asset
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to preform detailed work with mínimal supervision
- Working knowledge of computer software programs (Word, Excel, ERP systems)
- Excellent communication skills and works well within a team setting
- G class licence or equivalent

**Contract Information**:
Full-time

Job Start Date: ASAP

Saturday mornings are required during peak season (typically spring and fall)

Wage commensurate with experience
