The Company has an opening for a Keyman Floater role that requires an AZ license

**Starting wage $25.26 per hour with a tiered pay increase to increase to $33.68/hr after 6000 hours worked.**:
**Plus shift premiums:$0.75 more per hour for the afternoon shift or $0.85 more per hour for the Night shift**

**Work schedule - **You will be helping us to fill vacation coverage; therefore, your shifts will change weekly depending on vacation needs

As a Keyman Floater you will be required to work in various positions, fulfilling different roles within the shipping department by replacing employees on vacation **including the shunting. **All tasks are done in a safe and efficient manner while working to ensure and contribute to the efficient operation of the production and shipping of product at Don Mills.

**General Duties**
- Operate Forklifts, Clamp trucks also keep the equipment clean & in good appearance
- Complete at the beginning of each shift, a Forklift/Clamp truck safety checklist.
- Inform supervisor and document any forklift malfunctions.
- Duties may involve a variety of tasks including but not limited to, level up at the cooler, receiving, Costco Trays, loading of all trailers and other duties as assigned.
- Ensure the Oracle label, RF gun (Scanner) and product matches
- Watch and report any damaged product to the Supervisor
- Ensure load bars are placed and secured correctly.
- Immediately pick up and clean up any spills that occur,
- Keep driving lanes and area around palletizers clean.
- Moves trailers throughout the shipping yard in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operates Shunt truck in a safe and efficient manner in accordance all Company safety procedures and regulations.
- Adheres to all posted speed limit and stop signs throughout the yard.
- Completes all re-fuelling of reefer fuel tanks
- Performs any other duties as reasonably assigned by supervisor
- Adhere to all GMP and safety policies

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent education and experience.
- Must have a clean driving record
- Previous experience in similar operation would also be considered an asset.
- Must have excellent written, oral and communication skills.
- Computer skills are also an asset.
- Applicant must comply with all personal protective equipment, GMP’s and all Health & Safety Procedures.
