**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for players of varying ages and skill levels.
- Provide personalized coaching to enhance players' techniques, strategies, and overall performance.
- Plan and conduct engaging practice sessions that focus on skill development, fitness, and game strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate players' progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, emphasizing sportsmanship and camaraderie.
- Prepare players for competitions, tournaments, and other events.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in badminton coaching.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure a cohesive and effective coaching approach.
- Build strong relationships with players, parents, and the badminton community.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Badminton Coach, with relevant coaching certifications.
