**Summary**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assemble solar panels at the job site according to specifications
- Safely mount solar panels on clients' roofs or designated locations
- Configure wiring and inspect all electrical components to ensure proper installation
- Install and connect batteries or other accessories as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on all installed systems to ensure optimal performance

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Prior construction experience, with a focus on roofing or electrical systems
- Excellent physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job
- Proficiency in electricity and wiring procedures
- Valid 309A Electrical Licence
- Leadership skills and experience managing work crews are advantageous
- PAY: $25-28 / HOUR _

Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
