The HSE Coordinator is responsible for day to day communications with both internal and external clients to support a wide range of HSE programs and assessments. A primary duty is to build relationships to ensure STEP’s safety culture is enforced and reinforced. Other duties include responding to incidents on site, conducting investigations, processing required HSE paperwork, training and coaching STEP professionals on related topics. This role is diverse and ever evolving to ensure that we are always compliant and striving to remain an industry leader when it comes to HSE.

WE REQUIRE:
**Related experience**:

- Minimum two years of related experience.
- Strong working knowledge of OH&S rules and regulations in all western Canadian provinces is required.
- Working knowledge of the federal hours of service and related DOT driver programs is required.
- Proven experience working within a dynamic team using a hands-on approach is required.
- Superior time management skills are required.
- Experience within the oilfield service industry is an asset.
- Strong computer skills with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically in Excel and Outlook.
