**Production Supervisor - Harris Stolper International Inc.**

Key Responsibilities

Ideally you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, Sourcing, and plant floor team. More specifically the responsibilities are as follows.
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and validate production processes.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall productivity.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations in manufacturing operations.
- Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and evaluate new materials and technologies.
- Participate in capital projects - investigate, cost, prepare proposals, execute, and implement.
- Lead automation integration efforts to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Develop systems and prepare standard work and operating procedures, and visual aids for efficient production processes.
- Track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
- Resolve manufacturing issues, recommend measures to improve productivity, quality, and safety
- Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for cost control, quality, safety, and on-time delivery and that output meets production schedules, as well as customer needs
- Undertake additional duties as required, including leading the plant floor team with direction from Plant manager, filling-in for vacations and day offs and others to support safe and productive continuity of the business.

The ideal team member will have:

- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering or related field.
- Must be a self-starter, with mechanical aptitude and demonstrated ability to cohesively work with a team
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Experience with juggling multiple priorities, and superior time management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and flexible environment and mínimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability with MS Office Suite and familiarity with ERP systems
- Must possess a valid Drivers’ License

Pay: $71,261.00-$73,655.00 per year
