We are hiring an experienced **Crane Operator. **Up to 100 ton rough terrain for midrise concrete forming projects throughout the GTA. This is a full-time position. Thank you for your interest.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate a 100-ton rough terrain crane in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform lifts and hoists according to project specifications and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors to ensure smooth operation.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of the crane to ensure proper functioning.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Assist with other tasks on the construction site as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating cranes, with specific experience operating up to a 100-ton rough terrain crane.
- Valid Crane Operator certification/license.
- Strong understanding of crane operation techniques and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
