**Who We Are**:
Onward Aviation is an executive FBO (Fixed Base Operator) based in Hamilton, Ontario at John
C. Munro International Airport. We operate 24 hours per day and 365 days per year. Our primary objective is to provide our clients with a superior level of customer experience. We provide executive hangarage, refueling, passenger handling, customs clearance assistance, and aviation maintenance services.

Onward Aviation is currently seeking Ramp Agents for our Hamilton, Ontario team. We offer a competitive employee benefits package as well as a safe, friendly work environment.

**Primary Function**:
▪ Coordinate all ground handling with FBO Operations.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
▪ Direct all incoming and outgoing aircraft in and around our FBO.

▪ Aircraft refueling services.

▪ Onload and offload of outgoing and incoming aircraft for both charter and cargo operations.

▪ Assist and fulfill clients' various needs during their time at our facility.

▪ Coordination with aircraft flight crew for fueling requirements and services.

▪ Operation of ground service equipment (GSE).

▪ General cleaning and housekeeping duties as required throughout the facility.

▪ Cleaning and detailing aircraft and vehicles.

▪ Data entry and record keeping in our FBO software.

▪ Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.

▪ Snow removal and grounds maintenance.

▪ Keep current with ongoing safety training and compliance modules as required such as: WHMIS Dangerous Goods, Fuel Handling, etc.

**Qualifications**

▪ High School Graduate or equivalent.
▪ Must obtain an Airport Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) as a condition of employment.
▪ Must obtain an Airside Vehicle Operator Permit (AVOP) within the first 30 days of employment.

▪ Must possess a valid Ontario Driver’s license without restrictions.
▪ Availability to work shifts, weekends and holidays as required.
▪ Ability to lift or move up to 50lbs independently.
▪ Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

**Schedule**:
▪ 12-hour shift.

▪ Day shift.

▪ Night shift.

▪ On call as needed.

▪ Overtime.

▪ Monday to Friday availability.

▪ Weekend availability.

**Shift Availability**:
▪ Day Shift (required).

▪ Night Shift (required.)

▪ Overnight Shift (required).

**Supplemental Pay Types**:
▪ Overtime pay.

▪ Stat pay.

**Ability to Commute/Relocate**:
▪ **Hamilton, ON**: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
