Childcare Center Supervisor

The Supervisor oversees the program planning, working effectively with staff, working with families and children, connecting with the community, and assuming administrative responsibilities related to the day to day operations of the day care centre.

Trains and supervises childcare staff,; evaluates performance; makes work assignments; monitors staff’s interaction with children; trains staff regarding procedures; schedules staff to meet program and licensing requirements; arranges for substitutes; resolves parent complaints regarding staff performance; maintains attendance, meal, and activities records;; orders equipment and supplies; monitors and reports facility maintenance and repair needs.

Plans and develops developmentally-appropriate activities; develops activities for daycare portion of program to include campus and community field trips; communicates with parents orally and in writing concerning needs, progress, of children; designs bulletin board and other displays; monitor social media and advertisement adds, Implements activity plans and monitors, observes, and interacts with children,

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
