Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Center Technician/ Adminstative Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing executive support, on site support, and performing various administrative duties.

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer support and service to clients
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records and files
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

**Experience**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks
- Basic experience with Windows
- Basic networking knowledge preferred

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience building or repairing PC computers is an asset
- Previous experience with cryptocurrency mining is a strong asset

**Responsibilities**
- Monitor error reporting, airflow condition and rebooting
- Install and update monitoring software and hardware as needed
- Monitor Internet performance and coordinating with Internet providers
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware or software issues
- Manage inventory

**Core Responsibilities**:

- Deploy Bitcoin mining units at the data center
- Maintain current operating fleet of Bitcoin mining machines
- Mitigate issues as they arise to maintain site uptime
- Using technical expertise, perform basic repairs and maintenance on the mining equipment as needed
- Keep equipment in good operating condition
- Coordinate shipping and receiving of equipment
- Document inventory of equipment and spare parts
- Perform basic general site maintenance as required

**Qualifications**

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent

**Interest**:

- Interest in Bitcoin Mining/ Computers/ Data Centers
- Interest technology and trying new methods and processes.

Skills:
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Highly organized
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively
- Ability to bend, squat and stand for extended periods of time throughout the workday
- Effective Communicator
- Ability to Troubleshoot
- Strong Time Management
- Ability to work in a data center environment as needed, which includes high levels of noise and periodic cold and hot temperatures.
- Organized working style to manage and consistently prioritize key initiatives, not afraid to be very hands on
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issue, (Training provided)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Preferences:

- Basic understanding of cryptocurrency mining operations is a plus, but not required

Pay: $52,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
