Approximately 80% of its audience is between the ages of 18 to 40. It is privately held and has achieved high double digit annual growth and profitability since its inception.

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**

Production Administration - 80%
- Execute and report on third party and freelancer Purchase Orders on behalf of all hiring managers in Studio
- Process invoices, proactively ensure payment submissions and escalate issues when required
- Collaborating with accounts payable to manage month-to-date tracking of expenses and deliverables to budget
- Work closely with Studio Leadership to support talent administration such as onboarding and offboarding third party talent, and updating vendor profile information
- Maintain efficient and accurate filing in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Other administrative duties as required

Supply Management - 20%
- Ordering material and supplies
- Maintain the Studio supplies and inventory system

**Qualifications**:

- College diploma or University degree in Accounting, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field and asset
- A minimum of 1 year experience in a finance or administration role, e-commerce and/or creative industry experience an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French
- Knowledge of fashion, styling and photography, an asset
