**Condor Security is hiring a Mobile Patrol Guard in Toronto, On.**

**What You’ll Do as a Mobile Patrol Guard**:

- Home Protection Services and Mobile Response
- Multitasking administrative duties
- Effective communication and conflict resolution
- Ensure property rules and regulations are upheld with Condor Employees
- Provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required
- Professional attitude towards training (e.g., how to handle emergency conditions, communications training)

**What You’ll Bring to the Team**:
Mandatory
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License in good standing
- Full G License with Clean Driver’s Abstract
- Able to pass a physical exam
- Minimum 2 years of Security experience and 1 year of Mobile experience
- Flexible working schedule/must be available regularly from 4pm-8am, including some weekends
- Able to commit for 2-3 years in the role

Also required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven customer service experience of 2 or more years
- Enthusiastic about working as part of a responsible and capable team
- Outgoing personality who enjoys interaction with people at a professional level
- Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an advantage
- Other industry-recognized certifications or experience is an advantage
- Works effectively and handles multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service

This position is not a supervisor role however there is room for growth based on work performance and ability to meet expectations.

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour
