We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dining Room Manager to join our team. As the Dining Room Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining room, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. - Manage and supervise the dining room staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Ensure that all guests are greeted and seated promptly
- Oversee the flow of service and ensure that all guests receive exceptional service throughout their dining experience
- Monitor the cleanliness and organization of the dining room, ensuring that it meets health and safety standards
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of house operations
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
