Nous recrutons, au nom de notre client, un(e) **Chef de projet** talentueux(se) pour rejoindre une entreprise dynamique, spécialisée dans les infrastructures d’égouts, et contribuer activement à la gestion de projets stimulants. Ce rôle est crucial pour assurer une planification efficace, une exécution sans faille et un respect rigoureux des normes de qualité.

**Principales responsabilités**:

- **Coordination interne des projets** : Gestion des soumissions et de l’exécution des projets.
- **Planification et suivi** : Élaboration et gestion des échéanciers pour garantir le respect des délais.
- **Gestion documentaire** : Création, supervision et montage des dossiers de projets.
- **Gestion financière** : Préparation des budgets, des bons de commande et des contrats de sous-traitance.
- **Analyse technique** : Comparaison des plans et devis entre les versions de soumission et de construction.
- **Conformité et interprétation** : Compréhension et respect des plans, devis, et normes applicables.
- **Visites de chantier** : Inspection des lieux, élaboration de stratégies contractuelles et planification des besoins matériels.
- **Négociation et approbation** : Préparation, négociation et validation de documents liés aux projets (avis de changements, déficiences, décomptes, dessins d’ateliers, etc.).
- **Coordination des sous-traitants** : Organisation et suivi des étapes de construction et des sous-traitants.
- **Suivi financier** : Vérification des factures des fournisseurs et sous-traitants, gestion des coûts et suivi des paiements.
- **Conformité réglementaire** : Veille au respect des lois et règlements (permis, sous-traitants, acceptation des travaux).
- **Clôture des projets** : Finalisation administrative et financière des projets.

**Compétences et qualifications requises**:

- **Formation** : Diplôme en génie civil ou expérience pertinente, minimum 5 ans expérience dans un rôle équivalent
- **Expérience spécifique** : Une expérience dans les projets d’infrastructure d’égouts est indispensable.
- **Langues** : Anglais (oral et écrit) de niveau avancé, et français bilingue.
- **Outils informatiques** : Maîtrise de la Suite Office et de MS Project; connaissances en Autocad, un atout.

- Leadership et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Excellente gestion des priorités et adaptation au changement.
- Compétences en négociation et communication.

Pay: $100,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
