Sub-contract Cleaner

Sub-Contract Cleaner - Maple Ridge/Mission

Presently we are seeking sub-contract cleaners with commercial and residential cleaning experiences for various locations in Maple Ridge/Mission area.

This is a sub-contract position where you have your own company, equipment and labour and we contract work to you. Work is performed outside business hours.

**Responsibilities**
- General cleaning, including, but not limited to: Trash removal and dusting, sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors, cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms
- Completing work to the standard
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Other duties as assigned
- Specific duties may vary depending on the List of Specifications required by the client on location
- Timely reporting of completed task and any issues encountered during cleaning

**Qualifications**
- Experience with commercial and residential cleaning
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Punctual, reliable and excellent communication skills
- Must be able to provide your own cleaning supplies
- Valid WHMIS Certificate
