Be our next **Mechanical/Electrical Building Systems Assessor
**Your work environment **at EXP**

In this role, you will join the Mechanical group, based in our **Brampton, ON **office reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

**What a day at EXP has in store for you**
- Performing Building Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies and Capital Planning Services.
- Preparation of reports related to the Mechanical and Electrical systems within facilities. Review and prepare reports and repair/replacement cost estimates.

**What your experience looks like**
- College diploma, EIT or University graduate in suitable related program with mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
- Exposure to mechanical/electrical equipment for building services including: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, boiler plants, chiller plants, heating systems, generators, specialized air conditioning systems could also be an asset.
- Experience working for an Ontario based consulting engineering firm is preferred.
- Strong communication skills - written and oral.
- A valid driver’s licence with own vehicle and travel throughout Southern Ontario is required.
- Experience dealing with various clients and fostering a positive relationship.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
