**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information about salon services
- Manage the salon's appointment book and ensure accurate scheduling
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Assist with product demonstrations and sales
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
- Upsell salon services and products to maximize revenue
**Skills**:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive and welcoming environment
- Proficient in technology sales, including point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent time management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to conduct product demos to educate clients on salon products
