**At T1, a great Account Coordinator enjoys working on integrated marketing campaigns, specializing in experiential marketing and event, managing teams of Brand Ambassadors, being on-site and welcomes the opportunity to travel across Canada.**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Marketing & Sponsorship Acumen**:They assist in the creation of final reports for clients. They clearly demonstrate an understanding of program metrics, track them continuously and seek to find ways to improve them while a program is in progress.
- **Client Management**:They respond to client requests in a timely (and delightful) manner. They have a small fixation on the perfection of all documents sent to the client.
- **Project Management**:They contribute to the development and implementation of project plans for integrated marketing campaigns. Specifically, working with their manager, they contribute to the creation of workback schedules, meeting agendas/status reports, contact reports.
- **Financial Management**:They assist with vendor/partner quotes and following up with issuing purchase orders and budget tracking.
- **People and Relationship Management**:They live the T1 value “winning as 1” and collaborate well with their direct team and everyone that they work within the agency.
- **Critical Thinking**:Opportunities for critical thinking at the Account Coordinator level come with the new challenges described in Project Management, Financial Management and Relationship Management.
And while they are obviously amazing, they don’t take themselves too seriously.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Be a dedicated individual with a passion for their clients’ business. It goes without saying that they have superb presentation, people, organization, process, planning and precision multitasking skills.
- A love of Excel software followed closely by Keynote and PowerPoint.
- Familiar with how agencies work and ultimately learn to love and defend the use of the processes and tools.
- Work infield as needed, assuring all elements are in place.
- Successful in a high-performance culture and comfortable pushing and being pushed to outperform expectations.
- Able to embrace change and not fear the unknown but rather conquer it by understanding it.
- Relentlessly focused on results for the good of clients, partners, and peers.
- Seeking to evolve as a person and is comfortable in a constantly evolving agency that is continuously committed to finding innovative ways to do things better.
