Sales Analyst

**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Slegg Building Materials is currently seeking a Full-Time Sales Analyst to join our team. The shifts are Monday - Friday. The salary range is $50,000 - $60,000 with benefits starting after 3 months.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**
- Maintain an emphasis on safety culture, customer service, and efficiency
- Support Regional Sales Manager in daily sales operations
- Prepare daily reports, memos, and documents for Regional Sales Manager
- Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Manager and other Management as directed
- Work with IT department to generate and update reports
- Ensure current notes are entered on customer accounts
- Create sales orders
- Work closely with the sales team to follow up on customer quotes/tenders
- Redirect incoming sales inquiries to the appropriate destination
- Manage voice mail and messages to be returned in a timely fashion
- Code and file material according to the established procedures
- Back-up and organize electronic files
- Make travel, meeting, and other arrangements for Regional Sales Manager
- Work with the Regional Sales Manager to prepare meeting agendas and supporting material for distribution
- Draft minutes and action items of meetings for review and follow up

**THE REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Expertise level of Microsoft Office Suite - including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- A broad knowledge of building supplies would be an asset
- Detail oriented with diligence towards accuracy, and disciplined work ethic
- Exceptional organizational skills
- A positive can-do attitude is essential
