Human Resources Services (HRS) is currently looking to staff the new rotational Manager, Project and Program Management, HRS Initiatives position for a 12-month term.

As the Manager, Project and Program Management, HRS Initiatives, you will play a pivotal role in operationalizing HRS projects and ensuring overall project management (e.g.: cost, timeline, interdependencies, risk, and quality). You will lead the development of project frameworks and provide strategic guidance on project efficiencies and best practices.

You will collaborate with various HRS stakeholders and key partners by proposing innovative and sustainable practices to develop and improve HR project management processes that align with the HoC's long-term vision. You will lead project management services, by developing the creation of frameworks and tools to enhance project delivery and drive project outcomes that facilitate the accomplishment of HRS strategic priorities. Additionally, as part of the rotational assignment, you will work closely with the HRS leadership team, to create and successfully deploy an HR program transformation.

**Qualifications** Education**:

- A post-secondary school degree or diploma in administration, human resources, or a related field OR an acceptable combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

**Experience**:

- Experience coordinating multiple projects and initiatives with tight deadlines, to enhance overall efficiency and efficacy;
- Experience in identifying and mitigating risks within a project environment;
- Experience in advising Senior Executives on strategic project management issues;
- Experience in implementing change strategies, fostering adoption, and mitigating resistance.

**Assets**:

- Certification in project management and/or human resources;
- Experience in developing and executing HR programs.
