**HOURS**:Approx. 35 hours ( Monday - Thursday ) weekly with hours increasing, NO WEEKEND IN-CLINIC HOURS

**OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES**:(between patient appointments)
- Speak with patients on phone, help facilitate new patient appointments
- billing, schedule appointments, filing, daily housekeeping, stocking inventory
- Share with other staff every third weekend to picking up messages/scheduling appointments
