**Maintenance Manager/Planner**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure tier 2 compliance with all safety rules/guidelines/policies established by Leadec and Ford
- Identify areas of improvement, maintenance planning and scheduling, preventive and predictive maintenance, material consumption and equipment life & serviceability
- Track and report all regulatory events.

**Core Planning Responsibilities**:
Detailed Job planning
- Research/validate standards and practices
- Scoping of work required for additional activities.
- Coordinating estimates of material and labor for repairs.
- Development and coordination of site-specific task instructions.
- Identifying tool and equipment requirements
- Manage and Schedule all contractors preforming work at the site.

**Additional Planning Responsibilities**:
Planning and scheduling for shutdowns (major and minor)
- Gantt charts
- Critical Path Analysis
- Resource leveling
- Development of Planner reference systems including a file of Planned Job Packages for recurring jobs, plus labor and material libraries for each piece of equipment.
- Keeps the Complex Manager informed of abnormal or critical situations.

Identifies recommendations and or areas for improvements.
