Trader

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily monitoring of capital movements and transactions for all portfolios.
- Organizing and building trade lists.
- Execute trades on large volumes of high value trades on various platforms in compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
- Monitor market conditions and news to make informed trading decisions.
- Manage trade orders efficiently and ensure timely execution.
- Work closely with other members of the trading desk to align trading strategies with overall investment objectives.
- Investigate and resolve both simple and complex price challenges.
- Communicate trade allocations across all markets to brokers, custodians when necessary, verifying trades settle on time and research and correct any trade discrepancies.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of finance industry experience with at least two years of trading equity, fixed income, FX, and/or derivatives.
- Trading or investment management operations experience, buy/sell side research, etc
- An enthusiasm and willingness to stay up to date and informed on capital markets and the stock market.
- Proficiency in using trading platforms and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to understand business needs and trading strategies and translate those needs into workable solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
