Experienced Marketing Representative needed Are you a people-person who enjoys building relationships? Our busy Toronto-based Diagnostic Radiology is looking for energetic and motivated representative to build relationships and grow with us.

Related experience is required, preferably in Diagnostic Imaging, and salary is commensurate with experience and prior performance.

The Marketing Representative will be responsible for initiating, improving, and managing the service cycle relationships along with **in person visits** to Medical Clinics in the Toronto area.

**Responsibilities**
- The Marketing Representative will be required to generate new referrals by presenting the BWI service offerings to the prospective referrer community, monitor and cultivate relationships and work with the operations team to populate schedules and enhance the companies’ standing in the community.
- Research and footprint both prospective clients and current competitors, to include geographic (location) and demographic (population) maps and detailed profiles.
- Develop profiles for prospects that appeal to their needs.
- Develop profiles for local competitors and generate plans/tools to counter their weaknesses and strengths.
- Plan the day and week, visiting multiple potential referrer offices daily.
- Track use of collaterals and notify management of diminished supply.
- Create or acquire CRM tools to assist with client relationships.
- Monitor all referral patterns, respond to drop-offs, and create retention response tools.
- Support the marketing and growth of the clinic

**Qualifications**
- Business Administration or Marketing Diploma / Degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong outside sales experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Strong experience and knowledge of health care and diagnostic imaging.
