**About us**

**Thunder Bay Pulp & Paper** is a leading northern bleached softwood kraft and northern bleached hardwood kraft pulp, paper, newsprint and directory producer. Located on Lake Superior, the Thunder Bay mill has been a landmark company of northwestern Ontario since 1919. In August 2023, Atlas Holdings established Thunder Bay Pulp & Paper as an independent pulp and paper operation, joining Atlas’ global family of manufacturing and distribution businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will monitor and provide support for safety, environment, product quality and productivity while ensuring that budgeted safety, cost, production and quality targets are satisfied.
- You will supervise unionized individuals and work as part of a team of 9 individuals in purchasing and logistics.

**Your profile**:

- At least 3 years of previous leadership experience and sound decision-making abilities.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset.

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
