NutriAg's research farm is currently looking for an Assistant to the Farm Manager to help out on our farm. You'll work with our experienced Property Manager to keep our research farm running smoothly.

We are looking for the following skills:

- Know how to use and look after farm equipment like tractors and small diggers (at least 2 years of experience)
- Are good with a chainsaw and can cut down trees, trim them, and keep hiking trails neat
- Can do basic carpentry and fix things around the farm
- Have experience clearing snow in the winter
- Know about gardening, landscaping, and making hard surfaces like paths

But it's not just about skills. We also want someone who:

- Cares about nature and farming sustainably
- Makes sure everyone stays safe while working
- Is organized and can be trusted
- Is physically fit and knows what they're doing
- Likes working with others and finishes tasks they're given
- Is hardworking and can motivate themselves
- Doesn't mind working outside, no matter the weather
- Has a valid Canadian driver's license and can work legally in Canada

What we provide:

- A full-time job (40 hours a week) Monday-Friday
