Delivery Driver responsibilities include:

- Delivering a wide variety of items
- Planning and following delivery driving routes and time schedules
- Loading, unloading, preparing, and operating the delivery vehicle
- Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Completing daily driver logs

Job Brief
We are looking for a responsible Delivery Driver to distribute products promptly to our customers and in a safe and timely manner. You will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
- Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle
- Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
- Collect payments
- Complete logs and reports
- Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Document and log work/rest periods and kilometers spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents, or violations

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Truck Driver
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations, must provided drivers abstract
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Willing to submit to background/drug checks and provide employment recommendations
- Trucking school diploma (not mandatory)
- Valid driving license (G)
- Ability to operate forklifts and tractors in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Work Remotely

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 45 per week
