**Position Overview**

Aecon Industrial brings seamless solutions to key clients through operational excellence, reliability, and continuous improvement. With the ability to self-perform across our diverse business offering and a strategic fabrication network, Aecon Industrial proactively and profitably manages projects across a diverse range of industrial business areas. (Renewable Energy, Natural Gas Distribution, Oil and Gas, Water, Mining, Cogeneration Energy, Chemical, etc.).

Based out of Aecon’s Sherwood Park office reporting to the Quality Control Manager / Continuous Improvement, the Lean Analytic Coordinator will assist in data analytics of Aecon’s current ongoing and future projects around Lean methodologies and practices, then compiling data and generating reports for issuance and evaluation metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Interface with project managers / project coordinators on schedule obtainment.
- Catalogue and present gathered data, inclusive of evaluation summary.
- Participate in current state evaluation / future state goals / mitigation strategy sessions.
- Participate on data analytics of Percent Plan Complete (PPC) and constraint identification / mitigation.
- Participate in future state planning sessions, report on metrics of CoS, and participate in Aecon’s Continuous Improvement strategies.
- Interfacing with Aecon’s Continuous Improvement team
- Collaborate on training / work instruction / site plans in conjunction with reporting Manager, in efforts to continuously improve Aecon’s policy / procedure.
- Interpret at an introductory level construction practice, code, standards as required.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**
- Currently enrolled in a Post Secondary program associated with industrial construction or similar field.
- Basic knowledge of engineering / industrial construction terminology.
- Introductory knowledge of the Last Planner System (LPS) / Waste / 5S / Value Stream Mapping (VSM).
- Proficient with Electronic Document Management / Handling Systems
- SharePoint / Adobe / BlueBeam / MS365 (Power) / Autodesk / SQL
- Digital construction principles (IDD) would be considered an added value.
