Description du poste

Dans son rôle, le titulaire du poste agira à titre d’expert technique SAP ABAP et sera responsable de la conception technique, du développement et de la maintenance de solution ABAP. Il/Elle jouera un rôle essentiel dans la définition de solutions optimales et dans la livraison des projets dont il/elle assume la responsabilité.
- Diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés aux programmes ABAP, y compris le débogage et la correction de bugs ;
- Diagnostiquer les problèmes de performances et faire les ajustements nécessaires afin d’optimiser la performance du système ;
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Basis pour résoudre des problèmes système ;
- Concevoir, coder, tester et déployer des programmes ABAP personnalisés pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l'entreprise. Cela peut inclure la création de rapports, d'interfaces, etc. ;
- Analyser les processus métier existants et proposer des améliorations en utilisant ABAP pour automatiser les tâches et améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle ;
- Optimiser les processus existants pour améliorer l’efficacité opérationnelle ;
- Effectuer les analyses d’impacts d’un projet/changement/évolution sur la solution SAP en place ;
- Fournir un support technique aux utilisateurs finaux et résoudre les problèmes techniques liés au système SAP ;
- En collaboration avec les analystes, définir et clarifier les besoins des utilisateurs et participer à l’élaboration de solutions ;
- Acquérir une solide compréhension des domaines d’affaires et des options technologiques permettant d’atteindre les objectifs d’affaire ;
- Collaborer avec les autres spécialistes de l’organisation afin de s’assurer que la solution d’ensemble tienne compte de tous les autres aspects (Requis non fonctionnels, Sécurité, Technologie, Données, Affaires) ;
- Contribuer aux analyses coûts/bénéfices.

**Qualifications**:

- Solide compréhension des bonnes pratiques de développement SAP ;
- Maîtrise de la programmation ABAP, y compris les scripts Smart Forms, Enhancements (BADI’s, User Exits), Conversion (LSMW), BAPI’s, IDOCs ;
- Connaissance approfondie de l'environnement SAP, y compris les modules fonctionnels tels que FI, MM, SD, PS ainsi que des ressources humaines ;
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe, avec de très bonnes compétences en communication ;
- Capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes et à gérer plusieurs tâches, livrables et projets simultanément ;
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience à titre de développeur ABAP ;
- Formation universitaire en informatique, technologie de l'information ou équivalent ;
- Excellentes communications verbale et écrite; bilinguisme (français et anglais) ;
- Axé sur les résultats avec une approche proactive et méthodique de la résolution de problèmes ;
- Axé sur le service à la clientèle ; esprit d’équipe ;
- Capacité à comprendre les perspectives à long terme et à court terme des situations.
