**Summary**

The Automotive Shuttle Driver, working in conjunction with the Service/Sales Advisors, is primarily responsible for notifying customers of wait times, when necessary. Shuttling customers and picking up Customers. Assisting other departments when necessary.

Reports to**:Service Manager**

**Responsibilities**
- Collating and editing transport schedules based on business needs with service customers.
- Arriving at collection points prior to departure times.
- Avoiding high-traffic and accident-prone routes, where possible.
- Recording and reporting all major accidents and incidents to your supervisor.
- Checking that deliveries are made to the correct destinations, and in a timely manner.
- Ensuring that the shuttle vehicle is fueled, well-maintained, and presentable at all times.
- Observing all relevant traffic and safety laws.
- Performs other duties as required.
- Keep in contact with service advisors regarding customer drop off and pick up times.

**Skills**
- Ability to drive automatic and standard vehicles.
- Must be dependable, reliable, possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Amicable and optimistic disposition.
- Working knowledge of pertinent car maintenance and restoration techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours.

**Desired Qualifications**

**Working Conditions**

Primarily outside in all weather conditions. Work a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business. Periodic weekend, evening, early morning, be flexible as sometimes may need to work later.
