With Ground Force, we’re dedicated to helping foster the talents of our employees. We're looking for innovative individuals who can bring fresh perspectives to our team. We're currently hiring for a Landscape Foreman/woman to join our growing team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise a crew consisting of 5-10 employees
- Coordinate and schedule crews to complete landscape and gardening projects including but not limited to; lawn installation, tree planting, shrubs and garden beds
- Order supplies/materials and arrange for necessary equipment needed to complete projects
- Complete necessary documents on-site using company software
- Follow client contracts to ensure that costs are staying within budget
- Train new employees on-site
- Resolve any issues brought forward and problem solve for solutions
- Snow and ice control in the winter months

**Requirements**:

- MUST have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the landscaping industry
- Experience working in a leadership role considered an asset
- Certificates and/or diploma as a horticulturist or landscape designer considered an asset
- Must have a clean drivers abstract
- Irrigation Experience Required - 2 Years Minimum

- Compensation will be based on level of experience and certifications with opportunity to advance in the company

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
