Warehouse Generalist

Unisync Group Limited provides full-service, manage apparel programs for major corporations and government-related entities through operations across Canada and the United States. Our customer base includes many iconic corporate brands such as Air Canada, Westjet, Canadian Coast Guard, Purolator, Petro Canada, Home Hardware, Alaska Airlines, etc. and a broad base of government entities such as the Federal Government of Canada.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Full-time Warehouse Generalist in our Guelph location, you will work the day shift. You will be responsible for picking and putting away product as required verifying information and ensuring accuracy. You will also utilize equipment within the warehouse area to store product and may assist in other areas of production.

We have several exciting Full-time Warehouse Generalist roles available in the following departments: Receiving and Shipping departments.

The Hours of work for the Day shift are 7:00AM - 3:30PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Various stock-handling duties such as shelving, order filling, loading and unloading trucks
- Operating forklift (Raymond Reach and Order Picker)
- Pack finished products in boxes, cartons or other containers for shipment or storage
- Check items against vouchers and arranges articles in containers, using appropriate packing material
- May assist in packaging, shipping and receiving

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy
- Time management skills, organized
- Ability to multi-task and meet specified deadlines
- Decision making and problem solving skills
- 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred
- Proactive to recognize issues that need to be brought to the attention of management
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to Detail - Entering order data into the system accurate to minimize errors. Knowledge of account and product requirements to recognize and avoid errors
- Forklift License
