We are looking for a full time, permanent receptionist for our Audi West dealership.

**The hours are Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm and Saturday 9am-430pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answering incoming calls
- Transferring calls or taking messages
- Greeting clients coming into dealership
- Letting service or sales know when appointments have arrived
- Handling incoming or outgoing mail
- Ordering supplies when needed
- Helping to file when needed
