**Who is SkyBox Labs?**

SkyBox Labs is a game development studio that works on some of the world’s most iconic games. The studio is currently co-developing Halo Infinite, working on projects in the Minecraft universe, supporting the dev team at Bungie on Destiny 2: Lightfall, supporting development of Fallout 76, and working on original IP. The SkyBox Labs
_Halo Infinite _team has a new opening for a Producer (Project Manager). Leading a gameplay-facing team, you'll be managing tasks and deliverables for engineers and designers and contributing to the wider team effort of shipping future seasons of
_Halo Infinite._

**A snapshot of your role**:

- Lead a gameplay-facing development team of 5-10 individuals to deliver features for upcoming _Halo Infinite _seasons
- Collaborate and work closely with leads to ensure overall alignment with high level goals and objectives
- Build and foster relationships with key stakeholders, both internally as well as externally with our partner studios
- Drive and track progress of the team, including setting priorities, identifying potential challenges, and handling roadblocks
- Responsible for people management of your team, including helping with career growth and progression
- Report on progress to stakeholders with the utmost maturity and confidence, utilizing support from prepared decks, documents, and Excel models to strengthen your communication strategy

- Personal maturity and integrity expressed through your business operations and professional relationship building skills
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment where change is a constant
- Experienced with technical project management for engineering teams
- Proficiency in project management software such as ADO, Jira or equivalent (we use ADO)
- A perspective on different development methodologies
- Nice-to-haves:_
- Experience working on AAA games
