Our team of full-stack developers and data analysts has built **WebPal Cloud Server**, a market-leading cloud-based content and data management solution. We engage in long-term service contracts to host and manage our client’s business data in our three Canadian data centre facilities.

Our clients include some of the fastest-growing success stories in the Canadian healthcare, retail, and fintech space, who hire and trust us to analyse their business processes with the goal of improving efficiency and introducing automation. We work with top-shelf technology partners to integrate WebPal into enterprise systems and we do this efficiently, compliant, and with flawless automation.

**Position**

We have a new opening for a Web Hosting Support Agent who is interested in covering end-user support during a steady Monday-Friday (7am - 3pm) day shift schedule. This is a hybrid position (3 days onsite); we provide all the training necessary.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Answer the phone and provide friendly assistance throughout the shift
- Solve client technology issues and communicate with them via a ticketing system
- Monitor alert systems and escalate to technical team if needed
- Diagnose errors for content management systems including WebPal, etc.
- Basic Linux Server maintenance tasks such as reboots, upgrades, installations, user account management

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Some experience working in the web hosting industry is ideal.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Driven to be the best and you have examples to prove it.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to resolve issues with autonomy and confidence.

**Other Assets/Great to Have**:

- Linux Server Management
- Experience with Virtualization and hosting billing systems
