We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for a carpentry position within our team. This role involves working with a variety of power equipment and materials to create and finish woodworking projects to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate power tools such as table saws, mitre saws, drill presses, and orbital sanders with precision.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment, despite the presence of loud sounds.
- Collaborate with the team on custom projects, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Engage in continuous learning and skill development to advance within the company.

**Requirements**:

- **Skills and Abilities**: Proficiency in using power equipment is essential. Ability to work in an environment with wood dust and loud noises.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in carpentry or related fields is valued but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive training for all new team members.
- **Attitude**: We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute positively to our team dynamics.
