Do you want to be a part of the team bringing Meridian’s innovations to life? We are currently seeking full-time permanent **Labourers** to assist with construction of our projects.

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a labourer your responsibilities will be completing tasks as assigned by a foreman/supervisor, such as:

- Load and unload construction materials on job site
- Cleaning and preparing job site
- Directing the safe, effective and organized setup and removal of all equipment
- Identify hazards on site and respond appropriately
- Use of hand and power tools
- Maintain high standards of health and safety processes at all times to avoid accidents or injuries
- Other duties as assigned

**How You’ll Succeed**

You are hard-working and have an interest in the construction industry. You are able to multi-task and shift focus multiple times in a day. You are conscientious of the safety of yourself and others while working. You have a keen desire to learn.

**What You’ll Need**
- ** **1-3 years’ experience in the construction industry an asset
- Valid driver’s license
- Steel toed boots
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to follow instructions
- Ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- WHMIS 2015
- Fall Protection is an asset
