Nationality Requirements
**Job Description**:
The Planning function in Ultra is responsible for planning and reviewing incoming order requirements, material availability and production resources to ensure customer orders are delivered in line with customer requirements. The Planning team interface between various departments (Production, Procurement, Stores, Commercial, Programmes, Production Engineering, QA, DO) to enable development of realistic plans and schedules to ensure the customer orders are satisfied.
Operator roles in Ultra work under the guidance of a supervisor to perform operations duties safely and effectively and complete assigned duties in a timely manner.
These roles perform a range of clearly defined procedures, and will typically be considered skilled through on-the-job experience. Resolves routine issues without supervisory approval. Has developed skills through formal training and/or work experience.
