**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform service, maintenance, cabling, and installations of systems, both on-site and remotely.
- Diagnose problems, execute repairs or replacements of parts, and conduct thorough testing.
- Ensure professional installation of required cables at customer sites.
- Demonstrate computer proficiency, as it is a fundamental requirement for the role.
- Utilize your background in customer service and electronic service to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Leverage alarm or telecom experience to contribute to the efficiency of system operations.
- Verify the proper functioning of systems through equipment, connection, and signal testing, identifying and rectifying any issues.
- Troubleshoot systems and resolve issues for both customers and end-users.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and prospects, identifying opportunities for future collaboration.
- Deliver unparalleled customer service excellence to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment by being organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement.
- Technical proficiency with a minimum of 1 year (preferred).
- Customer service experience of at least 1 year (preferred).
- Essential computer skills with a minimum of 1 year required.
- Maintain a Class G driver's license and uphold a clean, professional image with a strong focus on customer service.
**Application Requirements**:
- Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada.
**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
