**Objectives of this role**
- Maintain essential IT infrastructure in the office, including desktops/laptops/printers and networking
- Take responsibility for projects and solutions within the larger business initiative
- Handle business-critical IT tasks and systems administration
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, hardware, and software
- Track and maintain hardware and software inventory

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT infrastructure and support staff
- Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, design, development, and analysis of entire infrastructure systems, such as Cisco Meraki.
- Oversee the administration of Active Directory, ensuring user accounts, permissions, and security policies are properly configured.
- Provide a comprehensive IT welcome package for new hires, including training on Office 365 tools and troubleshooting issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the organization's data and systems.
- Analyze organizational needs, identify vulnerabilities, and boost productivity, efficiency, and accuracy to inform business decisions
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses when upgrades are necessary, and monitor vendors to ensure that they’re offering the best-possible service and value for business needs
- Develop and execute disaster planning and maintain data backups

**Required skills and qualifications**
- Five or more years of experience in IT management
- Advanced computer and operating system and network knowledge
- Advanced experience in the Microsoft Azure platform including managing O365, Intune and other Microsoft technologies
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong creative and analytical thinking
- Proven experience in technology planning and implementation, including the integration of Office 365/Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID
- Development or development management experience is a plus

**Preferred skills and qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science
- Professional certifications
