Concrètement, à quoi ressembleront tes journées ?

Tu auras le mandat d’être un partenaire d’affaires auprès de plusieurs stratèges et décideurs. Tu influenceras, à l’aide de recommandations, d’analyses et de chiffres, les stratégies de l’entreprise et de ses unités d’affaires quant à son positionnement sur le marché immobilier. Tu seras responsable de dégager de la valeur des données provenant de plusieurs entités afin d'en dégager des constats tant sur la performance actuelle que sur les tendances prévues. Tu te concentreras principalement sur la donnée numérique marketing, analysant les tendances des usagers de nos services.Développer et déployer des rapports et tableaux de bord de gestion sur PowerBI;-
- Analyser et synthétiser les données relatives aux produits, aux clients et aux ventes afin d'en dégager des recommandations et des tendances, facilitant la prise de décision éclairée;-
- Soulever et analyser les tendances des usagers de notre site web et de nos autres sources de communication, afin de mieux catégoriser et qualifier nos audiences;-
- En collaboration avec le chef d’équipe média, développer les tableaux de bord et rapports permettant de mesurer les résultats de campagnes marketing et des segments (ROI, click rate, conversion rate, etc.) et par conséquent optimiser les budgets mensuels;-
- Vulgariser des analyses et besoins complexes afin que tous les intervenants puissent comprendre les données;-
- Orienter le marketing dans ses décisions d’exploitation des données grâce à une analyse en continu des comportements;-
- Influencer la stratégie numérique en menant des discussions avec des partenaires internes;-
- Participer à l’évolution de l’entrepôt de données en rédigeant les besoins qui seront exécutés par les développeurs ETL de l’équipe;-
- Recueillir et analyser des données commerciales pertinentes pour fournir des résultats transversaux aux équipes de marketing (données financières, analytique du Web, performances des ventes);-
- Documenter les processus et rapports sous sa gouverne.Ce qu’il te faut pour être Analyste, Intelligence d’affaires chez nous?- Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée (Intelligence d’affaires, marketing, TI, etc.);-
- Maîtrise de Google Analytics et Big Query-
- Un minimum de deux ans d’expérience pertinente;-
- Expérience avec PowerBI (incluant le langage DAX);-
- Expérience avec l’analyse de données provenant d’un CRM (Sugar CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, atout);-
- Expérience avec une plateforme de marketing automation (atout);-
- Familier avec JIRA (atout);-
- Savoir organiser ses idées et ses tâches dans le but, entre autres, de maintenir un équilibre sain entre innovation, qualité, gros bons sens et respect des livrables;-
- Être responsable, autodidacte et autonome;-
- Joueur d’équipe, orienté vers les solutions ;-
- Avoir une bonne écoute;-
- Avoir un souci du détail et de la qualité;-
