BRAEBON Medical is looking for a Shipper/Receiver for our Kanata, Ontario, Canada location. A shipper receiver is responsible for processing and packaging items for shipment and receiving incoming merchandise for warehouse storage. Shipper receivers assist in loading and unloading items from the distribution trucks, checking inventory receipts, inspecting the quality and quantity of the items, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas. They also update inventory records on the warehouse's database,. A shipper receiver should have a working knowledge of warehouse operations and using tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive all shipments into the facility. Ensure outbound goods are packaged and shipped according to customer requirements.
- Prepare packages for shipment while utilizing appropriate software with FedEx, UPS, and other carriers.
- CUSMA and International shipping logistics; shipment scheduling and tracking with major express carrier companies
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery trucks
- Safe operation of warehouse equipment
- Maintain database entries and records filing, finished goods inventory, cycle counts, stocking level alerts, and housekeeping of designated area
- Assist kitting functions of Raw Material to the production floor
- Receive, inspect, and verify quantity of all incoming materials, including RMA's.
- Offer professional, courteous and timely support to all other BRAEBON departments
- Other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum of 3 years experience as a Shipper / Receiver**:

- **Technical background, with experience in logistics Experience with handling lithium battery, dangerous goods; IATA air and ground regulations (preferred to be certified).**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and inventory control software**:

- Excellent written and verbal skills in the English language; detail-oriented
- High school graduate, further education an asset
- Able to lift 25kg / 50 lbs
- Able to use a manual pallet jack
- Able to work Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm in the Kanata, Ontario facility
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a team oriented fast paced environment
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- **Canadian citizen or permitted to be legally employed in Canada**

Only those individuals with the required skills will be considered for this position.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
