MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and verify patient history and relevant information prior to beginning scan
- Receive and complete requisitions, entering relevant data into the diagnostic imaging information system and preparing patients for specific procedures
- Perform ultrasound procedures in accordance with regulatory body guidelines
- Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed for each scan
- Maintain current knowledge and understanding of PACS
- Comply with patient safety and confidentiality policies
- Responsibilities also include equipment maintenance, upkeep of workspace, ensuring areas are clean, safe and organized
- Performing related clinical and administrative duties
Current A.R.D.M.S registration in good standing (New graduates pending ARDMS certification will also be considered)
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $38.00-$42.00 per hour
