Gas Technician

**Responsibilities**
- Diagnose and repair gas appliances, including HVAC systems, boilers, and other related equipment.
- Build, plumb, and maintain gas lines and connections as required.
- Perform routine maintenance on gas appliances to ensure optimal performance.
- Weld components as necessary for repairs or installations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Gas Technician or similar role in appliance repair or mechanical fields.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, boilers, and gas line installations.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately.
- Proficiency in welding techniques is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Valid certifications or licenses related to gas service are a plus.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 44 per week

Additional pay:
