**About us**

**Responsibilities**:

- Fast-paced and demanding labour work to move bricks, blocks, rebar, and all related materials to and from work locations.
- You will be working closely with crews of very experienced masons who will be looking to teach you skills and help you grow within the team.
- Ability to lift heavy objects for extended lengths of time
- Work in a fast-paced crew and take direction from a site lead
- Build and renovate structures using masonry materials such as bricks, stones, and concrete blocks
- Lay out patterns or foundations using hand tools and measuring devices
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it onto surfaces using a trowel or other hand tools
- Align bricks or stones and finish surfaces by smoothing or polishing them
- Repair and restore existing masonry structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Caulk, seal, or waterproof joints or surfaces to prevent leaks or water damage
- Use power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders to cut or shape materials

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in masonry work
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Knowledge of masonry techniques and materials
- Experience in renovating, building, and restoring structures using masonry methods
- Familiarity with caulking, sealing, and waterproofing techniques
- Competence in operating heavy equipment for material transportation
- Proficiency in using power tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
