**The Position**: We are looking for an experienced pre-press, digital print layout person to manage all of our digital file prep requirements and oversee the results. As well as investigate and drive development utilizing fresh ideas, new technologies, new and existing equipment to help expand our product offerings.

Production operators are already in place and well trained. This is a front end position. Most of your time will be spent managing print file layouts, utilizing existing software, development, training and some supervisory responsibilities.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Experience in the printing industry (printing, production, software).
- Attention to fine detail.
- Strong troubleshooting and decision making skills.
- Knowledge of Fiery software is a plus.
- Knowledge of cut sheet paper brands and weights would be ideal.

We are willing to train if you have the base skills and are looking for a long term, exciting role in a growing organization.

Salary will be based on experience.

**Where**:
We are located near Hunt Club and Merivale road.

The position is full time and on-site.

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
