- Dairy Processing License
- Knowledge, interest, or training in food safety and/or fluid processing equipment.
**things you will do **
- Follow operating procedures and be responsible for efficiency, sanitation, good housekeeping, and accurate record keeping.
- Ensure that all products are pasteurized.
- Monitor the facility's second CCP (Critical Control Point).
- Run and maintain pasteurizer and other related equipment.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures for batching and processing products.
- Monitor and adjust product composition important to the quality of the product.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.
- Perform mathematical calculations to accurately fortify the product.
- Perform all jobs in a safe and productive manner.
- Execute tasks to satisfy all Safety, Quality and Sanitation protocols.
- All relevant tasks assigned by the Manager.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
